HOW IT WORKS

Every month people like yourself enter their children in our quest to find the SHOWKIDZ champion 2010. Very simply by filling in our online registration form. 
We are now taking entries for our September 2010 competition. 
All photos must be emailed to:

entry@showkidz.com.au 

by the 24th of the Month to be eligible for the monthly prizes and the chance to be a finalist.

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

First, you select your category (enter each child separately)

Simply enter on our Register to Win page. Send 2 head shots of your baby. All baby photo entrants have the chance to win Monthly Prizes and the chance to win $2000 CASH and be named Showkidz Baby Photo CHAMPION 2010.




WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

All photos are collated and put into their appropriate category. Our panel of judges, include Children’s Agents, Casting Directors, Advertising Agencies & Talent Scouts from various companies that have had extensive experience in all facets of the entertainment industry. Who knows? Your child might just get discovered!! Each month we have a different Judging Panel so you can enter again if you didn’t make it the first time. Your privacy is important to us and if you do not want your child’s photo on the website we wont post it. 

This competition has been created to give every child the chance to feel good about themselves. Every photo is individually seen and scored with clear instruction to choose The Showkid of the Month with no discrimination towards gender, race, color or age.

On the 1st of every month 1 winner from each category will win monthly prizes (see PRIZES page)and will be on our WINNERS PAGE. All monthly winners will come together to compete in the SHOWKIDZ CHAMPION 2010 GALA RUNWAY EVENT.  Throughout the month we will also be giving random prizes for special features. 
Eg: ’Sweetest Smile’, ’Bright Eyes’ etc.

Every month you send us photos of your child to enter our SHOWKIDZ CHAMPION contest and every month our judges pick a winner. Then our judges change and so too do the contestants and photos.

Most recently one of our judges ( a very reputable children’s agent from Sydney ) asked us to start a directory that way when an agent opens their books to recruit new talent they can go straight to our directory and look up a child that may suit their agency. ARE YOU LOOKING TO BE REPRESENTED??

SHOWKIDZ is now starting a directory where your child’s photo stays indefinitely. The photos will be arranged in age, gender and location groups - you can update your photo anytime just by emailing us. This is a great idea if your child gets a haircut, loses a tooth etc..

Do you have a baby aged 0-2? Agents are telling you "we don’t take babies"?
Well this is the perfect way to get your baby seen. It’s true, babies change so much from month to month -  But if there was somewhere agents could go to view babies online - how fantastic is that for everyone. We know that babies are constantly being used in advertising - so the work is there - so for only $9.95 for the year you can list your beautiful babe in our online directory to be viewed by industry professionals from all over Australia.

Please note we are NOT an agency - We DO NOT look for work for your child, however it lets all our industry judges know that you and your child are interested in being viewed and selected for work, be it in TV, Films, Ads, Print media etc..

We have talent agents from all over Australia that are currently judging - so it doesn’t matter what state you come from - YOU CAN BE PART OF THE DIRECTORY for a low annual fee of $9.95 per child!!! That’s right only $9.95.
